Shopping this Weekend

Wow! Did I ever find a ton of great lace and a deal on a few small jars of buttons!!!! I have so much fun checking out the stores... no matter how many times we visit the same stores there is always something new. There are about 10 stores we visit on a rotation... it takes us around a month to make the rounds. By the time get back to anyone of them vendors have had a chance to replenish their goods.

Skinny Saturday... Mondays Child

Skinny Saturday's theme was the poem "MONDAYS CHILD". I chose Thursdays Child... join the fun Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe

Thursdays child has far to go
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

Theme Thursday - Paris

Gothic Arches - Trash Week!

Gothic Arches has go to be one of my favorite weekly challenges!!! This week I ended up doing two arches. Recently I bought a jar of buttons and the garter piece almost made the trach can and I told myself hang on to it... you never know when you may need to use it.... TRASH TO ART.
I loved this challenge so much here is my second arch. I had picked up the black angle thing (lower left corner) off the floor earlier today and stuck it in my pocket and thought I would trash it... then I read the challenge... SO now you see it!!! Also on this are expired dog tags from our dogs DIXIE and DAISY!
