Inspiration for January! & Giveaway.

****WINNER****
Congrats ELAINE

As I have been roaming the around I have kept notes of sites that I would like to visit again or I think others may be interested in.  I have decided to to share an inspiration post each month.  Please leave a comment with a site that has given you inspiration.  I will have a random draw from the posts on January 31st.  You have until the 30th to share. Have fun visiting sites that have given me some inspiration.

Valentine Museum - What better place to view Vintage Valentines than the Valentine Museum.  They haven't updated in month, old Valentines don't change!

Valentine Journal - Carol Mae has made a Love Journal from a composition book.  Super gift idea.

A lot of Valentines at Lily Bean Paperie  - Melissa Phillips has post after post of love, glitz, ribbon and hearts.  Great Valentine inspiration!  I think you will love her self challenge this year!

Tea Rose from Jeans - Have some old jeans ready to toss... Sachiko has a tutorial for an awesome rose made from a worn pair of jeans!  You will think twice before donating those jeans to your favorite charity!

Birdhouses - Mellisa Bickford posted a really cute birdhouse template.  If you are a bird lover you will want to fly over and check it out.

Silver Sunday - The Gypsy Fish is sponsoring Silver Sunday starting the 4th of Jan thru the 7th of February... on her sidebar are all the "Silver Sunday Sistas" if “SILVER is what you like” swing on over to Gypsy Fish.   HERE is my Silver Sunday Post!

Flower Soft - Flower Soft giveaway... join their blog hop to see this amazing product... I want some now, I just need to find some.

Magistical Memories Chipboard  - Magistical Memories is introducing 31 new products one each day and giving away one of the products introduced each day.  Plus there are challenges with giveaways!  Read this post on their blog to learn more.

Disclaimer.  I have no connection with any of the sites I have listed above; with the exception of participating in Silver Sunday or challenges at some of the sites.

These are some very lovely sites. I really liked the Silver Sunday blog. Beautiful photos, especially this Sunday's.

Probably not my favorite place, but one that I have photos of is Wichita State University, which I document in photos here: http://alteredbooklover.blogspot.com/2010/01/my-final-alma-mater-as-seen-through-car.html

These are some fun sites. When I read this I was thinking about places and one of my favorite places, next to the beach is Boston. My camera just goes crazy. I can't stop it from taking pictures. The architect is breathtaking. Walking the beach, traveling through New England, such inspiration to me.

As for being inspired...I'm going to make one of the throws posted by Stephanie @ Bona Fide for my husband to use when he's watching TV in the basement. Here is the link:
