DAY 1 Smudgefest!

I have decided to participate in the

Today is Day 1 and the challenge is:
Mixed Media Monday -
RULES: You must use at least 3 different kinds of mediums in your project!  If you want to be eligible for the GRAND PRIZE participate each day, using at least 1 Smeared Ink image to be entered. If you just want to play along and aren't worried about qualifying for the grand prize, you do not have to include a Smeared Ink image.

(Smeared and Smudged Digital image)

The mediums I used on the this project are:
Pan Pastels: Turquoise and Yellow Ochre
Dylusions Spray Ink Ground Coffee
Memento Dew Drop Toffee
Black Craft Paint
Shimmer Spritz
Versafine Onyx Black
VersaMark Dazzle

Paint Chipboard swirl with black craft paint, dry. Ink with    VersaMark Dazzle and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. With sponge spread PanPastels on tag. Mask where the SPECIMEN JARS will be and Spray with Dylusions Spray Ink Ground Coffee! Distress edges with Memento Dew Drop Toffee.
Color Butterfiles with COPICS. Lightly add PanPastels to the jars and spray with Shimmer Spritz. Attach SPECIMEN JARS with foam tape.

The black chipboard swirl looked a little dull so I added Memory Box Jewel Stickers and covered with 3D Crystal Lacquer.  To finish stamped "fly high" with mini alpha stamps from Hero Arts and a bit of sari silk!

Other Supplies"
Memory Box Jewel Stickers
3D Crystal Lacquer

Beautiful! The yellow pastel background is awesome, and I love the spray as well. Those colored butterflies really pop! I can see alot of uses for this tag, especially with the senti :) Thanks so much for playing along with Smudgefest Lyneen, and hope to see more of your projects this week!

Wow, lots of techniques on this piece. Tag came out beautiful and those jars and butterflies are awesome. Love the attention to the small details like the accents on the flourish and the distressing on the saying.
