Stewart Superior Memories Black Ink
Glass cabochon
Pattern Paper with dancers - Karen Foster
COPICs
Stickles
Ribbon
Stamp Viva Las Vegastamps! New Age Lady with Hair Stewart Superior Memories Black Ink and heat emboss with Viva Las Vegastamps! Ultra High Gloss Embossing Powder. Color hair with COPICs and fussy cut.
Cover the colored hair with Stickles, set aside to dry.
On card stock stamp Viva Las Vegastamps! Celebrate with Stewart Superior Memories Black Ink and heat emboss with Viva Las Vegastamps! Ultra High Gloss Embossing Powder.
Cut picture from pattern paper of dancing couple glue with Crystal Lacquer to the back of the glass cabochon. Trim excess paper.
Adhere Viva Las Vegastamps! New Age Lady with Hair to card, adhere cabochon.
Add ribbons by tying them around the card at the fold.
Now for another chance

Love it! I'm always impressed with what designers can do with Copics, but what I especially like is what you did with the patterned paper. Great way to incorporate a nice paper into the design without over using it.
