Today I have an ATC with the Paddy Balleigh Monster from LeighSBDesigns New Spring Collection digital collection.  He is colored with Prismacolor pencils.  Standing in a field of shamrocks!!!  Field is washi tape and die cuts.

Day 4 ATC - Gnomie Christmas!

Christmas tree from LeighSBDesigns Yeti Collection, colored with Prismacolor Pencils! , trimmed with enamel dots. Gnomie Sticker from {a Vintage Girl and her daughter} popped with dimensional foam,  trimmed with Diamond Dust.  White snowflakes colored with Tim Holtz Alcohol Pearl Tranquil.  Washi tape holds it all down and trimmed in gold pen.

Day 2 Picking up the Christmas Tree!

Todays ATC features an Apple Tree with a very late WHITE RABBIT!

The LeighSBDesigns Heart Tree can be found HERE!  Background and tree are colored with Oxide Inks.  The apples on the the tree were applied with the eraser of a pencil and ink.   Washi tape trims the bottom of the card.  The ATC edges are lined with a gold sharpie. 

The Rabbit is a sticker from A Vintage Girl - "Vintage Alice in Wonderland" sticker sheet.

DAY 26 - Boil and Bubble, Toil and Trouble

Image is from the DIY Design Studio digital collage sheet Frightful Night.  It is one of the sheet sheets they have from my postcard collection! The image is framed with purple cardstock on a black mat.  Cute pumpkin washi tape is on the bottom border. 

The tulle was once carefully burned with the heat gun!  Love the little pumpkin in the corner of the postcard. The top right has a glitter bat from the Elizabeth Craft Designs die Cemetery Scene.

Smudgefest 2015 DAY 3!

 

This week I am playing along with SMEARED AND SMUDGED!!!! 

Today is day three of the week long extravaganza called Smudgefest at Smeared and Smudged. Every day a new prompt will be announced, and players have 24 hours to create and upload a project based on that day’s theme. All the details can be found on the More Smeared Ink blog.

 Today is ‘WET Wednesday'
today's challenge is to use some sort of wet medium in your project

 

Dead Dancer from Smeared Ink

 

The "wet" technique... watercolor paper sprayed heavily with water,

add Gellatos to the wet paper, let it dry.

 

Add more color with Gellatos after the paper has dried, smear with finger.

White wash with Gesso diluted with water and dry.

 

Apply washi tape to card base, print Dead Dancer on transparency, color her with Chameleon Pens. Staple transparency to the watercolor paper cut to size.   Wrap with tulle, adhere to black mat, then to card.  Finish be adding Gold Opulence Corners!
