Heartwarming Vintage over the holidays!  I haven't had time to properly thank them.  THIS IS SUCH a GREAT SET.  Click on the image for a better view, the acrylic stamps make it have a double image.

Vintage Veranda Challenge with a RAK

I have posted a challenge at Vintage Veranda this is what you need to do:

Here is the challenge!

1) A Christmas Tree must be part of you design.
2) Use red and green ink
3) Have at least 3 different stamps in the design

4) Last a little bling, it could be Stickles, glitter, rhinestones

About my card - Distressed edges with Tim Holtz Walunt Distressing ink. Stamped Santa in crimson first and then embossed with Pearl embossing powder, I then used a VersaMark pen to fill in the spaces of the Santa stamp and embossed again with the Pearl embossing poswder... this gave Santa a frotsy window look. Stamped tree in green then embossed with Pearl embossing poswder. Using a cosmetic sponge applied crimson and green to the background. Added the Music, HO HO HO and "A Merry Christmas to You" stamps. A touch of glitter, Stickles on the birds, a little bling for the star and lace complete the card. My inspiration came from Nellie van Leeuwen... December guest artist at Vinatage Veranda!

Strange thing on the Desk!

A SMILE ON A STICK!!!!  This is a half mask...  My Husband and I hide it from each other when we find it we just break up laughing! Invitation to a CONE PARTY!!!!

Yes, this Saturday I have been invited to a cone making party... you know, the Victorian Cones that you can give gifts in, hang on a door or your Christmas Tree.  I have been collecting a pile of goodies to use for embellishing.  Can't wait 'til Saturday.  I will be sure to share my cones with you!
