Greetings Creatives! Lyneen here, today I have another one of my series of Jane inspired projects creating with Blank Page Muse! Blank Page Muse stamp plates "Words by Jane" are on my list of favorite stamps. The plates are inspired by the works of Jane Austen. If you are a Janenite these are for you!
To create the tag, I used the following stamps and stencils from Blank Page Muse:
Ahere text from old book “Pride & Prejudice” to tag with gel gloss medium. Remove excess paper around the edges of the tag. Whitewash the text with watered down white gesso, dry. Ink edges of the tag with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Brushed Corduroy or similar color. Rip the text near the bottom of the card and roll up the edge.
Use the TCW554 Butterfly Collage -
6x6 Stencil with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Brushed Corduroy.
On white tissue paper stamp Script
Background (SC201) then heat emboss. Adhere to the tag.
With
VersaFine black ink stamp and heat emboss the Blank Page Muse – Man Sitting
in Chair directly on the tag.
On cardstock With VersaFine black ink
stamp Jane image and sentiment – “Know your happiness” heat emboss both images
with clear embossing powder. With Studio
Light Watercolor Markers (or desired markers) color Jane image. Fussy cut Jane. Adhere Jane with dimensional
foam to the tag. Mount sentiment on black cardstock and adhere to tack with
dimensional foam.
Attach the gems. To finish the tag,
add ribbons.
