My Viva Las Vegastamps! 12 Tags of Christmas featuring Plate 1363!!!!
This little Sleeping Elf image nestled right into the wreath perfectly!
Using tissue I can easily flip the image.

Cut tag from BoBunny Pattern Paper, ink the edge of the tag with brown ink.
Stamp Sleeping Elf (from plate 1363) on tissue paper that had been sprayed with a fixative and color with COPICs. I started with this guy, soon decided his little booties should be red, not green!
Adhere Sleeping Elf on tissue. Add sparkle with red, green and gold Stickles to the wreath and poinsettias!

Never thought to use tissue paper that way but it really gave the tag a vintage look. What type of fixative did you use?
