Today I am sharing another CELEBRATION card celebrating friends!!!  I am using VLVS! Cowgirl-Granny from Plate 1355 that just came out in November!

Stamp VLVS! Cowgirl-Granny using Stewart Superior Memories Black ink on white card stock, using COPICs color her face and scarf.  

Stamp sentiment VLVS! "If friends could be bought..."  using Stewart Superior Memories Black ink on background pattern paper (Memory Box).  Heat emboss sentiment with Viva Las Vegastamps! Ultra High Gloss Embossing Powder.

Attach VLVS! Cowgirl-Granny and feather to the card using foam tape. Layer the pattern paper background on black and adhere to the card using Viva Las Vegastamps! Miracle Tape.

Add a little bling with red Stickles to her hat and blouse.
