Today a Mini Halloween Greeting... above you can see it is not much bigger than a quarter!
The base is a scrap left over from a previous project... I used Art Anthology Dimensional Paint and the Art Anthology bubble stencil, embellished with Washi tape
A little sparkle was added to all the pumpkins and the scarecrows jacket with Wink of Stella.
