Never did I think I would be the Winner of the Independence Day Contest
at Magistical Memories...
WOW! what an honor ladies!!! THANK YOU!

Thank You RUBBER SOUL!!!

Today I found out I won a card contest Rubber Soul, Poulsbo WA had for the month of July!!!! They asked for submissions using one of the Penquin stamps from Memory Box... Here is my winning ENTRY!!!

FINALLY

I guess it is time to show my layout... this was what I submitted when I was "scrapping for my life" in the SO YOU THINK YOU CAN SCRAP CONTEST at Scrappers Bliss... I thought it was a pretty good LO... oh well, not everyone can be a winner all the time. I was really sad not to make it any further in the competition. I guess I had a hard time interpreting the styles. There is always next time!!!!!!

Recent Layouts!!

Here are some of my latest layouts that I completed.... some are from the CHA Party we had at Scrappers Bliss and a couple are from my submissions to Magistical Memories... two of my favorite places to hang out!

Sad News...

this week I didn't make it to the next round of "So You think You can Scrap Contest" The competition was tough... sort of out of my league... I will just have to work on my style a little more... Next time I have the opportunity I will give it my ALL!

Current Events!

Magistical Memories announced their new Design Team and I wasn't on it... I was really sad as I really REALLY love their chipboard... here is a layout that I used the chipboard crown & flowers. Maybe next time!

BIG NEWS....

I used Magistical Memories it in this layout of Hannah… the crown is Magistical Memories chipboard. If you haven’t been to their site check out the gallery at http://www.bbqchipboard.net/gallery/

"TAKE TEN"

The card pictured here was in the Spring 2007 issue of TAKE TEN... You don't know how excited I was when I was skimming the magazine and saw my card on page 100!

I had submitted a bunch of cards in September... never heard anything so I figured that was that! Well I better not give up so easily next time!!! Happy Birthday stamp by Rubber Soul!
