I have a couple of surprises today:

First I am sharing a POE ATC I received in a trade in 2008.  I love the sentiment!  It was created by Miki T.

Second, I found a postcard of "Edgar Allen Poe House".  Did you know you could stay in his house!  Well not his actual house, but a replica of it.  In Dearborn Michigan there is a place once called Colonial Village at Dearborn Inn.  There were five houses built in total Walt Whitman, Patrick Henry, Barbara Fritchie and Governor Oliver Wolcott.  It is now a Marriot Hotel. Poe's home was in New York.  A replica was built in Dearborn in 1931.  Yes, you can still book the house. The Poe house is much smaller than the others, when you book it you book the whole house!!!  Who wants to stay at POE's place?
