This is a life size sculpture we saw on the outskirts of Ritzville on Memorial Day weekend. You can see this at the Cow Creek Food & Gifts along I-90 on the way to Spokane.
The sculpture is mainly horseshoes!
Looks like a "file" down the front of the face.
I love the galloping horse.
Chain for the mane.
and chain for the tails!
