Lost Coast Designs Challenge is "Let's Celebrate!" Anything party themed or any reason for a celebration so Birthday, wedding, baby, retirement, they let me out of quarantine etc etc.

My fourth entry for the CELEBRATE challenge is an ATC!

Image of the Flying Monkey was stamped on white card stock with VersaFine Black.  Happy Birthday stamp from Rubber Soul.  Image colored with Prismacolor Pencils. Background created with Oxide Inks and water.  Created party hat with card stock, pattern paper and small flower.
