Queen & Co. Christmas shaker set and shaker bits. May Arts beautiful self-adhesive ribbon. Pattern paper from stash. White show drops are Stamperia White Contour Liner. Die cut foil leaves. Edged with Sharpie gold pen.

Day 6 - a shaker card

This paper line from Echo Park has so many coordinating pieces, it was fun mixing and matching.  I used the scallop frame from the ephemera pack to make the shaker in the center.  The shaker has pumpkins, candy corn and little spider webs. I added a the little witch and sentiment.   Three little pumpkins and a funky tulle flower finish the card.

Queen for a Day 2020

Queen for a Day in Tacoma was cancelled not once, but twice due to covid-19.  We were still able to get the kits, not the same as a room filled with 200 Queens... my friend Schelie and I spent our own Queen Day together making these fabulous cards!!! We wore masks and social distanced!!

Who doesn't love a shaker card... specially a spooky shaker!!!

This is another card from my class this week!  I used Authentique papers and stickers, Tim Holtz Frightful Things cat and ghosts. 

The shaker background is paper from the 8x8 pad of Authentique Twilight!

The tulle is burnt to make a creepy flower.  In the center of the flower are seed beads.  Under the creepy flower you can barely see the little spider, protecting the seed bead spider eggs.
