Look What I Picked Up this Weekend!

Went to Poulsbo for an outing Saturday afternoon... stopped in a few of my favorite places!

While in Poulsbo on Sunday I stopped in the Cats Meow.

I rearranged!

Rearranged the shelves!

Took a few things out!

Added the ink well and pen...

and the dolls above!

Day Out Saturday.

Yesterday we went to Poulsbo... a short trip north on the highway. Our first destination was the Cat's Meow. There I added to our already crowded shelves after rearranging a few things.

The little green heart is a new addition.

It is a challenge to see how much I can get on one shelf!

After I ran over to Rubber Soul and stocked

up on some Cavallini stickers

and Memory Box stamps and paper.

Then we went and got a cup of "joe" at CUPS...

Dad always treats!

Kay (an owner) shared her new apron one of her customers made for her. If you click on the picture you can see all the coffee cups and more printed on the fabric.

I have been adding a lot of things lately.  My latest is a box of miscellaneous things artists may like to use for their altered art.

PHEASANTLY SURPRISED!

Wednesday I went into a local thrift store and picked up this pheasant.  I thought it was a mighty pretty bird.  Knowing nothing about the markings on the bottom I decided I would check my favorite resource, the internet!

Well I found that this is one of a pair that sells for over $400 dollars!!!!!!  

I was PHEASANTLY SURPRISED!

Just started my fourth BLOG...

I think I am crazy... who has four BLOGS.... I have three of my own and one I share.  My new one is Cat's Meow Antique Mall.

You may think I am crazy that I have four... it isn't that bad.  This is my main blog.  Two are seasonal.  Mostly pictures Mike's Garage is active in the summer when my husband is drag racing.  Mixed-Media Market is really active when we are getting ready for a market day.  My new blog Cat's Meow is mostly pictures of all sorts of things in the antique store I have a space.  

Thrift Shopping!

I went shopping for treasures today and here are a couple of things I came home with.  First,  this beautiful bowl.  I couldn't pass it up.  The roses around the base caught my eye!

Then I came across a bag of Pez dispensers!!!

Tomorrow a few of these will find their way to Cats Meow in Poulsbo!

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

Dad and I have filled out space at Cats Meow to the brim.  

We have lots more to bring in!

Checking out the Site!

I took Dad to see where we would be selling our goods.  We went to town and checked out the store and them had lunch and coffee at Cups.   Here are a few photos of our day.
