Young Love Valentine!

One of my favorite times to create is January and February... Valentines is on the way and LOVE is all around us!  Today I have a manila tag created with the YOUNG LOVE collage sheet!

 

 

 

 

 

Supplies:

Altered Pages Collage - Young Love

Manila Tag

Ink Red

Mist Brown

Luster rub

Heart pins

Flowers

Tulle

Lace

German Foil

Tacky Glue

Glue Stick

 



 

 

 

Edge Manila Tag with Ink Red.  Spritz with Mist Brown and dry.  Apply Luster Rub randomly to the tag.

 

Attach lace to the bottom of the card with Tacky Glue

 

 

Add image from Altered Pages Collage - Young Love with Glue Stick, then adhere German foil cupid.  

 

 

Add Heart pins and Flowers with Tacky Glue and let dry.

Wood Block
Red Chalk Paint
Gel Medium
Altered Pages Collage Sheet Young Lovers
Teresa Collins Alphabet Dies
News Print Flowers
Black Bazzill Edges - Black
Tacky Glue

 

Use Red Chalk Paint on Wood Block and let dry.

 

Cut image from Altered Pages Collage Sheet Young Lovers and apply to block with Gel Medium.  Let dry.

 

Attach the Teresa Collins Alphabet Dies L O V E to the front of the block with Tacky Glue.  Add Teresa Collins Alphabet Dies  randomly to the letters.  Finish with Black Bazzill Edges - Black around the bottom.

This is the card I created for Altered Pages this week!

Here is a cute trifold card for a special someone at Valentines with random love thoughts.

 

The brown cardstock base measures 6 x 12 inches, scored at 4 and 8 inches to create a trifold card.

Glitz Cardstock Stickers

Glitz Giant Rhinestone

Glitz Whatnots

Glitz Peek A Boo Happy Travels

Ink Brown, Delacata Gold

Punchinella

Petaloo Flowers

Double Stick Tape

Glassine bag

Gold Opulence

Staples

Doily

Brown Cardstock

 

 

Use Ink Brown and Delacata Gold with Punchinella to create the background on the brown cardstock.

 

Random Thought #1 - "You look lovely today!"

 

On the front adhere doily, Glitz Cardstock Stickers, Glitz Whatnots, Glitz Peek A Boo Happy Travels and Petaloo Flowers.  Add staples to the top left corner and bottom right.

 

Random Thought #1 - "Who Loves Your!"

 

The center panel adhere Glitz Whatnots and Gold Opulence

 

 

Random Thought #1 - "You + Me = US!"

 

Third panel Glitz Cardstock Stickers, Glitz Whatnots, Glitz Peek,  Petaloo Flowers and Glitz Giant Rhinestone  .

 

The insert in the envelope pulls out, you can add a message to the back of the card!
